The launch of the non-governmental, self-sufficient, social-cultural, and political group, Project Exhale, with a targeted front at impacting the lives of the voiceless and rural residents of the country in a bid to activate self belief and reliance in themselves and how to influence the political terrain.
According to a respected journalist and philanthropist, Moji Danisa, this initiative took effect in the New Year with great effort from every member of a WhatsApp group, Vox Populi, Vox Dei, filled with respectable and intellectual personnel around the world.
Danisa said, “This wouldn’t have been possible without playing down on every quota of support, advice, and discussion every member has got to offer and through a unified front, ‘Project Exhale’ was born despite the ups and downs.”
How it all began
It all started from a group formed on Blackberry called Vox Populi, Vox Dei which due to circumstances couldn’t last.
In 2016 high intellectuals were brought together to form a social/political front on a WhatsApp group tagged the ‘Voice of the People’, which couldn’t survive the negativity, pressure, and intolerance of the then’Change’ advocates and it had to be disbanded as many pulled out.
Danisa said this didn’t discourage her despite the turnouts of the groups which prompted the creation of LIKE MINDS which was later reverted to VOX POPULI, VOX DEI, and as relentlessness would have it the group could now boast of ‘Project Exhale’
Announcing the successful implementation of the groups’ visions, Moji Danisa, said in a post made available to Freelanews, “I am glad to announce that Project Exhale launched today with visits to Home for the Elderly (Abuja), and Orphanage (Lagos).
“Our hope for Project Exhale is to cover all nooks and crannies of the country and act as the voice of the voiceless on the political terrain. Nigeria must survive, Nigeria will Survive.
“The voice of the people is the voice of God, surely VOX POPULI, VOX DEI, we just began!”
