Lagos State government through the Office of the Special Adviser on Education commissioned 12-block of classrooms at Roman Catholic Mission Primary School, Ketu-Epe; 6-classrooms block at St. Joseph (RCM) Primary School, Ibonwon; a block of 13 classrooms at Local Government Central Primary School, Epe, Lagos.
According to the SA, Barr. Tokunbo Wahab, the projects commissioned will further drive the “Education” and “Technology” pillar of Sanwo-Olu’s government’s THEMES Agenda.
“If we must actualise our #GreaterLagos vision, quality education must remain one of our most solid building blocks,” he said.
LASG have so far completed over 1,097 projects covering 970 schools across the State. In the last two years, the government said it has ensured the prompt construction and rehabilitation of 322 dilapidated public schools, while 87,000 dual composite units of furniture were supplied to primary and secondary schools across the state.
