West disclosed this in an Instagram post, highlighting how private the family’s lives had been before recent events thrust their issues into the public eye.
“Life so private that nobody knows that we opened Instagram for Nedu 🤘🏻 type shii,” West wrote, sparking online reactions shortly after Daniels spoke about her fallout with Nwoko.
The actress previously alleged that her brother and a close family friend were arrested on Nwoko’s instructions.
She claimed the arrest occurred while West was livestreaming and that Nwoko accused them of stealing $40,000, a claim she strongly denied.
“No member of my family committed theft. The allegations are meant to intimidate me after leaving the marriage,” Daniels said during an Instagram Live with media personality Daddy Freeze.
She added that warrants had been issued indiscriminately, including one in her name.
The public clash follows Daniels’ October decision to leave her marriage to the billionaire politician, citing domestic violence.

Fans and social media users reacted to West’s revelation. Some defended the family, noting the assistance given to Nwoko was natural for in-laws, while others criticised the perceived lack of discretion.
