‘This nonsense must stop’ Apostle Suleman cautions true men of God over worry

“You may not know it, but the world is at war. We’re in a spiritual battle, but we’re winning,” warns Apostle Johnson Suleman, famous televangelist and senior pastor at the Omega Fire Ministries (OFM), in one of his documented 2019 video sermons.

Further in that recorded teaching, Suleman notes that “if there’s any way the devil can get man’s eyes away from the Word, he will do it. He will cause trouble. He will make the circumstances around so challenging like in a storm. He will do anything he can to get man to concentrate on the realm of the physical senses and the situation around him instead of on the promise of God. But just like Israel had to rise up physically to take the land of Canaan, man must cause the devil’s defeat by rising up in the spirit if he is going to establish the dominion of God in the earth.”

For God’s servant who lives Godly and serves faithfully, declares Apostle Suleman who is fondly called ‘The Restoration Apostle’, persecution will happen. “Persecution may come in various different forms,” he affirms, adding that “servant of God will have many aggressive enemies; they will hate without reason. They will repay evil for good, they will betray and even try to keep man from success, but when we obey God and respond to our enemies with love, prayer, forgiveness and blessing, we take ourselves out of Satan’s line of fire and make room for God to handle justice as only He can.”

Apostle Suleman, therefore, cautions true men of God not to worry about enemies. He says “God has promised that He will handle them on our behalf. Regardless of what Satan brings our way, we must keep preaching the Word of God, and the Word will enable us to overcome,” while he warns against paying attention to cunning remarks. “Keep fighting the good fight of faith and remember that you are an overcomer in Him.”

Suleman, who is currently in Johannesburg, South Africa, for a two-day powerful healing and miracle conference tagged ‘Tornado 2022’ between the 10th and 11th of May, 2022, opines that a man on divine mission must not lose focus; adding that the devil will do everything he can to get at man; he will stir up things around man and he will push every button he can to draw man back from his mission.

“But don’t let go. Keep your eyes on the Word of God, a covenant is so much more than most people know or understand. For God has put us in charge of enforcing Satan’s defeat,” he proclaims.
