The executive governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has continued to win hearts on his decision at ameliorating the sufferings of Ogun residents in the face of lockdown put in place to curtail the spread of novel coronavirus disease.

A councillorship aspirant for Ward 4, Abeokuta South Local Government, Abiodun Ademolu, popularly known as Double A, stated this in Ogun State today.

“Aside from his proactive response to the coronavirus in Ogun State, his excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, is fulfilling his promise in ensuring that the less privileged in the society are well taken care of. And this is highly commendable,” he said.

Ademolu, who has been complementing the war against coronavirus disease by the state government in his own way through public enlightenment campaign, stated that with the passion of the governor and the good people of his ward in ensuring that the disease doesn’t spread is a source of encouragement for him.

“We would continue to advise our people to stay indoors, and ensure obedience to all precautionary measures put in place. And I, personally, will continue to monitor the relief packages from the governor in ensuring they get to those who needed them.

While wishing Christians a happy Good Friday, Ademolu enjoined the good people of his ward and Ogun State in general to continue to pray for the complete healing from the disease.

“Let us use this period to double our prayers to the Almighty to let this pandemic pass, so we could all resume our normal life and the good governance as promised by our able governor will shine through,” he concluded.
