‘Well-being matters’ As Glowfux Concert set to hold, organisers speak on COVID-19 safety protocol

Fanafillit Integrated Concepts, the organisers of the annual social intervention concert – GLOWFUX (Giving Love with Fun 4 Xmas) Concert has hammered on the need to be COVID-19 safety compliance as the event draws nearer.

In a release made available to Freelanews, Fanafillit stated that while sharing love is important, the well-being of the participants is also a matter of necessity and as such should be paid special priority to.

Your Well-being Matters To Us At GLOWFUX Concert

As we set forth on the journey to share love with fun at the #GLOWFUXCONCERT2021, this is to tell you that your well-being matters to us.

We understand that it takes a person with such a kind heart as yours to identify with the project GLOWFUX, despite the raging new variant of the Coronavirus pandemic. Hence, we are determined to assure and reassure you that we are putting in place safety measures to protect you and yours from being at risk of contracting the virus.

In line with the directives of the Lagos State Government for social gatherings, we are glad to announce to you that we have successfully applied for the Lagos State Events Safety Clearance.

While we await the clearance, it is pertinent to communicate to you some of the modifications we have made in preparation for this year’s edition of GLOWFUX CONCERT. The modifications are as follows:

GLOWFUX CONCERT 6.0 (GLOWFUXCONCERT2021) still holds as scheduled: on the 28th of December, 2021 from 12 noon to 6:30 p.m. at the Beachfront, Elegushi Private Beach, Lekki, Lagos.

Admission to #GLOWFUXConcert2021 is no longer strictly by invitation but now by registration. Every attendee must register their attendance via https://www.eventbrite.com/e/glowfux-concert-tickets-222047358627

A single registration can cover a family of six (6) as there is a provision on the registration platform to tick the number of attendees

We are partnering with a Medicare Firm to provide necessary safety precautions and materials for all attendees.

Reduction of Occupancy Limit to 50% of our projected 1,200 guests capacity.

Everyone, irrespective of their vaccination status, would be sanitized at the point of entry and every point of the event location.

What We Did Not Change!

GLOWFUX CONCERT is still an outdoor event.

Use of nose masks remains compulsory for everyone coming to the event.
