The bank restores services across electronic channels after IT upgrade, ensuring seamless access to transactions for its customers.

[dropcap]Z[/dropcap]enith Bank, one of Nigeria’s leading financial institutions, has announced the restoration of improved services across its electronic transaction channels. This comes after routine IT maintenance aimed at optimising service delivery temporarily caused service disruptions.

In a statement released via its X handle on Thursday, the bank confirmed that customers can now seamlessly conduct transactions across all platforms following the system upgrade. The bank reiterated its dedication to providing reliable and enhanced services, ensuring smooth access to banking facilities.

Enhanced Access Across Multiple Platforms

Zenith Bank highlighted various channels through which customers can now conveniently carry out transactions, including:

  • Zenith Bank Debit, Credit, and Prepaid Cards
  • Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
  • Point of Sale (POS) Terminals
  • Zenith Bank Mobile App
  • Internet Banking Platform
  • Zenith Agents nationwide for agent banking

In addition to electronic platforms, customers are encouraged to visit any Zenith Bank branch nationwide for in-person transactions, especially for bulk payments and salary requests. The bank assured customers that payment mandates submitted at branches would be processed promptly, improving the overall experience.
