Isaac Fayose’s Lagos revenue plan gains buzz as he claims he could generate ₦2B in 6 months by transforming Lagos into a creative and tech-driven hub

Isaac Fayose Lagos revenue plan has captured public attention after the political commentator confidently claimed he could generate ₦2 billion in just six months if made the governor of Lagos State.

Fayose made the statement during an appearance on the Honest Bunch podcast, where he outlined his vision to financially outperform the current administration through innovative use of Lagos’s entertainment and tech sectors.

“If I’m Lagos State Governor, I can generate two billion in six months,” Fayose declared.

He detailed plans to establish a “music city” between Ikate and Ilashe, accessible only by boat, where he envisions a creative district celebrating Nigerian artists, hosting walk-of-fame-style attractions, luxury apartments, and a full-scale entertainment economy.

If I’m Lagos State Governor, I can generate two billion in six months.

The plan also includes attracting global companies like Netflix and Google, while converting “Yahoo boys” into skilled tech workers a move he says could rapidly shift the state’s digital economy.

“From Yahoo to tech. Yes, now. It’s so easy,” he said.

Fayose criticized the current system where accessing capital is difficult, despite the state being, in his words, “sitting on trillions” while its people remain poor.

The Isaac Fayose Lagos revenue plan has sparked debates online, with many praising the ambition, while others question its practicality.
