The TikToker, whose full name is Olaoluwa Segun, had been sued by Amusa after he falsely alleged she was living with HIV. The actress promptly debunked the claims and threatened legal action.

Upon his release, Olas expressed gratitude to Dayo Amusa for forgiving him, admitting that his time in custody could have been far longer if not for her change of heart.

“I want to thank Aunty Dayo Amusa for forgiving me. If not that she changed her mind, I would have been there for a long time,” he said.

Olas also spoke candidly about the harsh living conditions inside the detention cell, shedding light on the tough realities of incarceration.
