Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria improves smooth travel experience with guided protocols, self-check-in, and Go Cashless services for passengers
The Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAN) today launched enhanced protocol services designed to provide passengers with a smooth travel experience.

The initiative aims to reduce airport stress, improve efficiency, and deliver personalised support for all travellers.
FAN’s new services include guided movement at key checkpoints, self-check-in machines, and free phone charging stations.
The authority has also introduced the Go Cashless card, allowing passengers to pay seamlessly for airport services.
FAN Director of Operations, Mr. Adekunle Ajayi, emphasised that the protocols are tailored to make every journey enjoyable while maintaining standard security procedures.
“Travelling does not have to be stressful,” Mr. Ajayi stated. “Our goal is to ensure passengers experience a smooth and seamless trip from arrival to departure.”
Frequent flyers and travellers praised the initiative, highlighting the combination of personalised service and technological improvements as a powerful enhancement to Nigeria’s airport experience.
Many remarked that the Go Cashless card and self-check-in stations significantly reduce waiting times and streamline travel.
