Dwayne Johnson’s wife responds to birth rumours

Lauren Hashian debunks viral claims about a new baby, saying AI-generated images sparked false speculation online

American musician and wife of actor Dwayne Johnson, Lauren Hashian, has dismissed circulating claims that she recently welcomed a child, describing the viral images behind the speculation as fake.

Lauren Hashian addressed the rumours in a post on her Instagram page, where she clarified that the widely shared pictures were generated using artificial intelligence and do not reflect reality.

The 41-year-old said she found the situation amusing, noting that some claims had gone as far as suggesting she delivered twins.

“I thought we’d all enjoy a good Sunday laugh. Apparently I had a new baby in Miami. Make that two. I had two babies,” she wrote, reacting with humour to the viral content.

Lauren Hashian, who shares two daughters, Jasmine, 10, and Tiana, 8, with Dwayne Johnson, firmly stated that the reports were false and should be regarded as fake news.

The clarification comes amid growing concerns over the spread of misleading content generated through artificial intelligence, particularly involving public figures.

Her response quickly drew attention online, with many followers echoing concerns about the ease with which fabricated images can gain traction and misinform audiences.

The incident highlights the increasing challenge celebrities face in managing digital misinformation, as AI-generated visuals continue to blur the line between reality and fiction.
