In an attempt at ensuring that the spirit of Christmas touches all Lagosians regardless of their social status, an annual social intervention concert, Glowfux held the 2021 edition of the event at the Beachfront, Elegushi Private Beach, Lekki-Lagos on December 28, 2021.

The event, which has been running for six years, impacted the lives of the people from less privileged homes by creating a platform for them to have fun, dance and engage in games.
According to the convener, Olubode Mac Oserinde, Freelanews was informed that having successfully impacted lives through this event in the Ikorodu division for five years with all orphanages in the division as beneficiaries, the organizers’ vision of hosting the programme as a state-wide one got more driven with determination.
The programme featured various activities ranging from Group rendition of the specially recorded ‘GLOWFUX 2021 carol’ by entertainment practitioners drafted from different field of the entertainment industry; performances by invited music, dance, and comedy acts and induction of new GLOWFUX Young Ambassadors: these are smart kids from age 5 to 17 with good parental care, quality circle of friends and schoolmates, family friends, neighbours etc. drafted to serve as ambassadors for GLOWFUX, propagating the vision and mission of the project within their immediate environment (home, church, mosque, school, etc).

The highlight of the event was the GLOWFUX Hall of Charity award presentations, where some individuals and organizations were celebrated for their track records in humanitarian and philanthropic feats.
