Ecobank has opened access to the Dangote Refinery Share Offer, allowing retail and institutional investors across 33 African countries and key international financial centres to subscribe to shares in the ongoing public offer.
The pan-African bank said investors can participate through its extensive digital banking platforms and branch network, making the offer accessible in countries where Ecobank operates, as well as through its international offices in London, Paris, Beijing and Dubai.
The public offer, which opened on September 14, will close on October 13, 2026, with shares priced at ₦525 each. Investors can subscribe with a minimum purchase of 10 shares, widening access to one of Africa’s largest industrial equity offerings.
Ecobank said the initiative reflects its commitment to connecting customers and the wider investing public with transformational investment opportunities capable of promoting wealth creation and deepening participation in Africa’s capital markets.
In Nigeria, both Ecobank customers and non-customers can subscribe through the Ecobank Mobile App, Internet Banking, the bank’s website, or any Ecobank branch nationwide.
The Dangote Petroleum Refinery public offer is part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its shareholder base while raising fresh capital to support future growth. The refinery is one of Africa’s largest industrial projects and has become a key player in Nigeria’s downstream petroleum sector.
The offer has also attracted significant interest from retail investors across the continent, with market analysts describing it as a landmark opportunity for broader African participation in large-scale infrastructure and industrial investment.
