Nigerian politicians and former senator Dino Melaye has suggested that any Nigerians who are still alive at the end of the Buhari-led administration should be awarded a certificate of survival.
He highlighted that every Nigerian deserves the certificate because they have survived banditry, kidnapping, hunger and killings.
He said this at a function recently.
”I want to propose that at the expiration of Muhammadu Buhari as the President of Nigeria, due to hunger, kidnapping, bandits and killings, any Nigerian that survives, I move a motion that that Nigerian should be given a certificate of survival.”
