In a bid to making Nigerians’ Valentine’s Day the sexiest, Feron Lingerie yesterday held its annual lingerie fashion show at a private event where it featured over 60 collections of its lingerie line.

The organisers, however, decided to give back to the society, especially the women, as a sign of appreciation by adding a twist to year’s edition. This is done by introducing model contest where a winner was chosen to spearhead a special cause in helping women embrace a positive body image.

According to the self acclaimed ‘King of Fashion’, Feron Aaron, CEO of Faron Aaron fashion brand and designer of Feron Lingerie, “Even though lingerie isn’t new in the fashion industry, lingerie is just being appreciated here in Nigeria.

“Our objective is that we’re trying to get our women get used to wearing lingerie and for their partners to see another side of intimacy.”

On the role lingerie plays in the bedroom, the top designer claimed that no man can resist a sexy looking woman in the bedroom.

“Even if you quarrel with your partner, you come back home to ignore her. You will definitely change your mind the moment you see her in sexy lingerie because men are visual.”

Feron Lingerie is a ready-to-wear brand of sexy lingerie designed for sleep, swim, love and sex. The lingerie collection consists of night gowns, bikinis, swimsuits, pants and bra.

“Feron is a clothing line with a purpose; we want to promote also a positive body image among women. With the Best Lingerie Model contest, we’re looking to promoting the best lingerie body regardless of whether you’re slim or fat.

“Women do not always seek to be sexy for the sake of men. Most do to feel good about themselves and be happy.”

In his own opinion, Adebayo Adegbe, founder of Modela Modelling Agency, an award winning company in existence since 1989 and whose models graced the runway at the event, he claimed the models were selected to represent all shapes and sizes in a relationship or marriage.

“The brief was about building relationship between husband and wife, especially where the chemistry is waning out. So as a married man, I immediately tapped into it and the result was what you witnessed tonight.”

It was obvious from 2020 VIP edition of the show that Feron Lingerie also has gorgeous runway models of all shapes and sizes if you’re looking for the perfect V-day gift as any shape is well taken into consideration.
