The pastor and Supreme Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, has sent a message of condolence to the family of late Venerable Superior Evangelist Gabriel Gbekeleoluwa Akingbulugbe, Shepherd in Charge, Celestial Church of Christ, Olowu Parish, Lagos Island.

Recall Freelanews reports that the late man of God died on Monday, September 5, 2022, after a brief illness.

In a condolence letter sent in from his base in the United States of America and shared with our correspondent, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa described VSE Gbekeleoluwa Akingbulugbe’s exit as a colossal loss to the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide in particular and to humanity in general. He went on to say that the departed senior clergy man lived an exemplary Christian life and defended the tenets and doctrines of the C.C.C. to the letter in his lifetime.

His Eminence is consoled by the unwavering belief that a great soldier of Christ has returned home victorious and prays that the Lord grants him eternal rest in the bosom of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.

In another development, the spiritual head has condemned in very strong terms any engagement in ungodly practices by church faithfuls.

He made this known while speaking at the Conference of Region ‘A’ Shepherds and Church Workers of the U.S Diocese held at the Celestial Church of Christ, New York Parish, Jefferson, New York on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.

Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa was reacting to the festering trend of church members dragging themselves before the police or the courts for conflict resolutions.

He called on all leaders the diocese to rejoice and love their brethren.

Citing the scriptures in the book of Act of Apostles 20:28 and I Peter 5:15, His Eminence called on the clergymen go all out to preach the gospel of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

“Let peace and love reign amongst members of the Celestial Church of Christ,” he started firmly.

The CCC Worldwide spiritual leader also spoke against cheating, fornication, adultery and other ungodly practices plaguing humanity and called on God Almighty to strengthen church faithful against theses ills.
