The Celestial Church of Christ has lost another prominent son as Venerable Superior Evangelist Gabriel Gbekeoluwa Akingbulugbe has been announced to have passed on.
According to the information made available to Freelanews, the man of God was a member of the Pastor-in-Council and shepherd of CCC Olowu Parish in Lagos.
“With a deep sense of loss but with gratitude to God for a purposeful life spent in the Lord’s vineyard, the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, announces the passage of Venerable Superior Evangelist Gabriel Gbekeleoluwa Akingbulugbe on Sunday 4th September, 2022, after a brief illness.
“Venerable Superior Evangelist Gabriel Gbekeleoluwa Akingbulugbe was until his death the Shepherd in Charge of the Celestial Church of Christ, Olowu Parish, Lagos. He was also the Chairman of the Pastor in Council working Committee on Discipline,” the CCC Worldwide’s head of media, Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala, wrote.
SE Ajala, while praying for his his soul to find eternal peace, appealed to the Lord to grant the family and the church the deceased left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
