The Adron Homes Ibadan festival dominance was evident at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Adamasingba, where the company’s extensive activation drew large crowds and reinforced its position in Nigeria’s competitive real estate sector.

The event was attended by the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, alongside traditional rulers, high chiefs and government officials.

Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja commended the company’s contribution to cultural and community development, a gesture that added weight to its growing public profile.

Speaking at the festival, Group Managing Director Adenike Ajobo outlined a forward-looking vision, stating that the company’s projects go beyond housing to create integrated communities that blend heritage with modern living.

Adenike Ajobo emphasised that Ibadan remains central to the firm’s expansion strategy, with ongoing developments aimed at reshaping the city’s residential landscape while maintaining cultural relevance.

A standout feature of the event was the “Adron Experience” zone, which became a focal point for engagement through immersive activities, including a 360-degree video booth that generated significant digital traction.

The company’s Ibadan sales team also capitalised on the high turnout, converting visitor interest into tangible business opportunities while showcasing its portfolio of estates designed to meet evolving housing demands.

By integrating its “Home Festival” concept into the cultural celebration, Adron Homes bridged tradition and innovation, creating a cohesive and engaging brand narrative.

The Adron Homes Ibadan festival dominance signals a broader trend of corporate participation in cultural events as companies seek deeper connections with local communities while expanding market reach.
