After so much deliberations by the apex football governing body, FIFA on which country to host Club World cup due to Covid scare with Japan and South Africa being a turn to option. The body has finally revealed that United Arab Emirates will host the competition early in 2022.
The news was confirmed by FIFA itself on its websites as to where the competition will be held.
The competition featuring the European Champions league winners, this time, Chelsea, host nation and comprises of champions of different continents.
Chelsea, Al Ahly, Auckland City, Al Jazira are already through to the competition while Monterrey-America, Al Hilal-Pohang, and Palmeiras-Flamengo will decide the final 3 qualifiers.
