Arsenal are reportedly exploring a potential summer move for Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez, according to ESPN.

Alvarez, 25, joined Atletico from Manchester City in 2024 for £82 million and has since scored 45 goals in 80 appearances for Diego Simeone’s side.
The Spanish club is expected to demand a fee in excess of €100 million for the Argentina international.
Barcelona have also been linked with the forward, intensifying competition for his signature.
Arsenal are understood to be evaluating their attacking options ahead of the 2026/27 season, with Alvarez seen as a player capable of adding experience and goal-scoring threat to Mikel Arteta’s squad.
