‘Biggest online concert’ The Cyber Embassy to parade 50 local, int’l artistes May 31

Come Sunday 31st of May, 2020, the internet will be agog with the maiden edition of what has been termed the biggest online worship concert ever, aptly tagged ‘Worship Without Walls’.

According to Dr. Ope Banwo, pastor and visioner at The Cyber Embassy, who is the brain behind the one-day virtual all-praise musical show otherwise called ‘WWW Concert 2020’, more than 50 Gospel artistes from across the world would be performing live online for 12 hours nonstop, promising that the phenomenal impact of the concert would linger for a very long time in the memory of the audience.

The concert, Banwo expounds, would be beamed live to millions of viewers globally while they relish powerful, soul-lifting renditions that will leave them with strong feelings of hope and spiritual gains.

Crowd favourites and power singers like, Mike Abdul, Monique, KSB, Folake Umosen, Mike Aremu, Essence, and Righteousman have been penciled to light up the virtual concert. Others already on the list are, Tosin Bee, Evang Chucks Praise Channel, A’Dam, Nene Olayide, Bola Udom, Jerry K, Adam, Minister Ighosa, TY Classical, Minister Anny, Ibitayo Jeje, Noble G, Ayo Vincent, Joseph Emmanuel, Sameodagospel and Fred Maha.

There also on the list are fast-rising Gospel crooners like, TY Phoebe, Frank Jonah, Debby Ugochinyere, Igwe Sax, Yomi Ikuesan, Latoya Okunbor, Nkiru Armstrong, and others while many more are expected to be signed up ahead of D-Day. All of the 50 artistes, we gathered, would literally be bringing down the earth with their beautiful, soul-inspiring renditions, singing and praising in one unified voice while the cycle goes on from 9 am to 9 pm that day.

Likening ‘WWW Concert 2020’ to an innovation designed to wring the most money out of the most pliable music talents, Ope Banwo, a showbiz professional, who has invested massively in the entertainment industry and had promoted stars, and even very green artistes to stardom, reeled out the benefits due to participating artistes before, during and after May 31.

According to him, the first gain for each of the artistes after going live for between 15 and 30 minutes on the virtual global stage with praise-worship, is instant global exposure to more than 100 million people on different social media globally. This, he said, will be followed by a 30-day paid promotion of the artistes’ musical performances to over 10 million viewers.

For 10 best performers at the ‘WWW Concert’, Banwo declared that cash rewards from 2,000 US Dollars will be gifted based on voting from Christian audiences worldwide. He added that digital distribution contract, for the Top-10 lucky artistes’ albums, is also part of the amazing benefits, which is to be handled by Gospo Digital, The Cyber Embassy’s online distribution company. The distribution opportunity will feature the artistes’ works on several digital sites for online streaming, downloading and constant royalties free of initial deposit, Banwo affirmed.

Key worship leaders from 40 countries are said to have been listed to feed souls at the one day praise and worship programme.
