Blessing CEO criticises Churchill amid Rosy Meurer crisis, accusing him of gaslighting and urging the actress to speak out

Nigerian relationship expert Blessing Okoro has sharply criticised businessman Olakunle Churchill over his ongoing marriage dispute with actress Rosy Meurer, accusing him of a troubling pattern of behaviour towards women.

In a video posted on her Instagram page, Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, said she was “triggered” by Churchill’s recent remarks, alleging that he habitually gaslights partners who have supported him.

The relationship expert argued that Rosy Meurer had consistently defended Churchill in the public eye, only to be undermined by his latest comments.

She claimed that Churchill failed to accord Meurer the respect due as the mother of his children, using unusually blunt language that quickly drew attention online.

Blessing Okoro urged Meurer to speak publicly about her experience, suggesting that silence would only embolden what she described as a harmful pattern.

She also rejected claims circulating on social media that the situation amounted to karma.

The controversy follows statements by Olakunle Churchill disputing reports of a formal marital breakdown.

The businessman said there was no basis for a dissolution process, maintaining that there had been no legal marriage.

He also downplayed suggestions that Meurer had stood by him during past disputes involving his former wife, Tonto Dikeh.

Signs of strain in the relationship had emerged earlier, with observers noting that both parties unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Reports later surfaced alleging that Meurer had initiated steps to end the union, claims that Churchill addressed indirectly in a cryptic post emphasising his priority for his children.

A notable moment in the unfolding drama came when Meurer shared a video reintroducing herself without her wedding ring or marital name, signalling a possible personal reset.

She told followers she had emerged stronger after a period of reflection and was ready to return to her career.

The dispute has reignited public interest in Churchill’s past relationships, including his highly publicised marriage to Tonto Dikeh, which ended amid a prolonged and bitter fallout.

As reactions continue to build, the situation remains fluid, with both parties yet to provide a definitive account of their relationship status.

The episode underscores the intense scrutiny surrounding celebrity relationships in Nigeria and the powerful role of social media in shaping public narratives.
