Blessing CEO has been arraigned by the EFCC on fresh charges of obtaining N69.1 million by false pretence. The Lagos court heard allegations involving a disputed property lease
Social media influencer Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, widely known as Blessing CEO, was arraigned before Justice R.A. Oshodi at the Special Offences Court in Ikeja, Lagos, on Tuesday, 9 June 2026, on a two-count charge of obtaining money by false pretence and stealing.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission accused the self-styled relationship therapist of fraudulently collecting N69.15 million from Hope Chiropractic Health Clinic Limited in March 2025.
Prosecutors allege she claimed ownership of a property at No. 1 Tunbosun Osobu Street, Lekki, and presented it as available for a five-year lease before allegedly diverting the funds for personal use.
Defence counsel Nkama Nneka told the court that service of the charge had only recently been effected, but Justice Oshodi ruled that proceedings should continue. The charges were duly read, and Blessing CEO pleaded not guilty.
The development comes barely a month after the EFCC first arraigned her on 15 May 2026 over an alleged N36 million fraud involving a similar property lease scam in Lekki.
On the same day as Tuesday’s hearing, she reportedly secured N10 million bail in that earlier case.
The latest charges have intensified scrutiny on the popular influencer, whose relationship advice has attracted a large online following.
Court documents suggest this latest alleged scheme followed a familiar pattern of property-related deception in Lagos.
Justice Oshodi remanded Blessing CEO in EFCC custody. Her bail application and the commencement of trial were adjourned to 16 July 2026.
