Bunmi Rhymes performance electrifies over 500 guests at Fun Foyer Hotel in Lagos during a vibrant live band showcase

Nigerian band leader Bunmi Rhymes delivered a thrilling Bunmi Rhymes performance on Saturday night as Fun Foyer Hotel & Apartment hosted a live band showcase that drew more than 500 guests in Amuwo Odofin.

Bunmi Rhymes, leading his entertainment band, headlined the event at the Lagos based hospitality venue, sustaining a high energy set that kept the audience dancing and singing along throughout the evening.

The showcase attracted a diverse crowd of professionals, entrepreneurs and music enthusiasts, who were treated to a rich blend of Afrobeat, highlife and contemporary sounds.

The atmosphere inside the hotel’s event space was electric, with live renditions of popular tracks sparking enthusiastic responses from the crowd.

Speaking at the event, Alhaji Folahanmi Salam, Chief Executive Officer of Fun Foyer Hotel & Apartment, said the live music showcase formed part of a broader strategy to integrate entertainment into the hotel’s hospitality experience.

Alhaji Folahanmi Salam explained that management intends to sustain music and lifestyle events that resonate with guests while promoting live performance culture within Lagos.

The evening also featured performances by Jay Mighty and his band, alongside Afrobeat acts Tamara T Grin, No Limit OIB, Korals BL, Kekere Ekun and Momoh Kush, each adding distinct flavour to the programme.

Among notable attendees were Emmanuel Adomeh, popularly known as Alhaji Koko, Chief Executive Officer of AK Jeweler Hub, and Shonde Joseph, Chief Executive Officer of JSL Nation Enterprises, as well as other invited guests.

Organisers confirmed that the event proceeded without incident, citing adequate security, sound production and logistics to ensure a seamless experience.

For Bunmi Rhymes, the Bunmi Rhymes performance marked another significant outing on Lagos’ competitive live music circuit, while the show further expanded the entertainment portfolio of the Amuwo Odofin based hotel.
