Christ Mercy Land Ministries NAFDAC investigation

NAFDAC alerts Nigerians about Christ Mercy Land Ministries’ deceptive use of its name for promoting unregistered miracle products. The products, sold under false healing claims, are not registered with NAFDAC, prompting further investigation into the organisation’s activities.

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has warned Nigerians about the misleading activities of Christ Mercy Land Delivery Ministries, led by Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin.

The organisation has been using NAFDAC’s name to promote and sell unregistered miracle products. NAFDAC confirmed that none of these products, including Miracle Water and Miracle Soap, are registered with the agency.

In response to numerous petitions, NAFDAC launched an investigation into the products marketed by the ministry.

Prophet Fufeyin falsely claimed that these products, advertised with healing properties, are NAFDAC-approved. The ministry even told women they would conceive twins if they used the miracle soap.

Upon visiting the ministry in Delta State, NAFDAC officials purchased the supposed Miracle Water but were met with denial when confronting ministry leaders.

Despite the clear evidence of sales, the ministry refused to cooperate during multiple visits by NAFDAC officials.

NAFDAC’s investigation intensified when it was discovered that the ministry had partnered with Globod Table Water in Delta State to produce the Miracle Water without regulatory approval.

The factory has been sealed, and further investigations are ongoing. NAFDAC stresses that none of the advertised products are registered and warns the public to refrain from purchasing them.

NAFDAC assures Nigerians that the agency will continue investigating the faith-based organisation for illegal production and advertisement of unregistered products, reinforcing its commitment to safeguarding public health.
