‘Customer service week’ Clients satisfaction remains number one priority at UBA, bank boss asserts

The customers service week is a celebration that takes place every year all over the world in celebrating every organisation customers.

Observing the celebration, group managing director/chief executive officer of United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, Kennedy Uzoka, has stated that customer satisfaction is the bank’s top goal for all employees.

This, he continued, is critical for any forward-thinking company like UBA, because the consumer is still the indisputable boss.

In a statement to all employees to observe the 2021 customer service week, Uzoka expressed his gratitude for the employees who have worked relentlessly to satisfy their clients, and urged them not to rest on their laurels.

The customer service week, which takes place every year all over the world, recognizes the significance of customer service and aims to thank those who serve and support customers with the utmost care and expertise.

‘The Power of Service,’ this year’s theme, underlines the bank’s continuous dedication to delivering service to customers despite the global epidemic.

It’s also a chance to acknowledge the value of service in any corporation.

While emphasizing the importance of providing consistently exceptional customer service, he stated that UBA has been on a journey for the past several years to achieve quality, enterprise, and execution, all of which are possible when an institution focuses exclusively on delighting its customers.

He said, “As we continue our journey to becoming Africa’s global bank, I would like us to recommit ourselves to the service of our customers, bearing in mind that they are indeed our undisputed employer!YOU
