D Prince Builders backs Nollywood legend Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen as he marks 30 years in filmmaking, pledging full support for his milestone celebration

Prince Cyril Omoregie, the Chairman and Group Managing Director of D Prince Builders and Estate Developers Ltd, announced the partnership, describing Imasuen fondly called D’Guvnor as “the most consistent filmmaker in Africa.”

The company said it was proud to sponsor and stand behind the milestone event tagged “D’Guvnor at 30,” which will include a film premiere, a foundation launch, and a commemorative book unveiling.

“It’s great to be part of the move to celebrate and immortalise Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen,” Prince Omoregie said. “It’s more important to honour him while he’s still alive than to host grand tributes when he’s gone.”

He continued, “We are supporting Lancelot’s 30 years on stage because we grew up watching him win. He has always been the best.

When it comes to giving Nigerians great movies, Lancelot stands out. Isakaba is unforgettable, and Invasion 1897 remains a masterpiece.”

Omoregie added that the D Prince Builders Group is proud to associate with Imasuen’s legacy and his impact on Nollywood. “He has inspired a generation of creative minds through discipline, vision, and consistency,” he noted.

With over 50,000 tenants and homeowners, D Prince Builders and Estate Developers Ltd is one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing real estate brands, boasting major offices in Benin, Lagos, Abuja, and Asaba.

The company specialises in affordable and high-value land sales, starting from as low as ₦1 million, with all properties covered by genuine Certificates of Occupancy (C of O).

The company’s properties are located in some of Nigeria’s fastest-developing areas, offering clients flexible payment plans and instant documentation.

“We deal in genuine, affordable properties and even assist clients in reselling their assets,” Omoregie explained. “That’s why we stand out among Nigeria’s leading real estate firms.”
