Nigerian Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, delivered a lively performance at the Crystal Palace Bowl on Friday, entertaining a large crowd during the “Davido & Friends” concert and subsequently announcing plans for two more London stadium shows in 2027.

The outdoor performance formed part of the Crystal Palace Bowl summer festival series and marked what Davido had described as his first UK festival appearance and his only outdoor London show of the summer.
Davido was joined on the festival bill by a strong line-up of Nigerian, Ghanaian and international acts, including Omah Lay, Black Sherif, Gabzy, T x C, Jazzwrld & Thukuthela, Ecool, Fola and Mayorkun.
