The Emmanuel Usman defilement arrest was confirmed in a statement issued on Monday by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abayomi Jimoh, who said the incident was reported by the victim on March 29.

According to the police, the suspect allegedly forcefully dragged the minor into his employer’s office along the Ijebu-Owo axis, where he committed the offence.
