Fearless Energy Drink, Nigeria’s leading energy drink from Rite Foods Limited, has been honoured with the prestigious “Outstanding Energy Drink of the Year 2024” Award.

The accolade was conferred at the recent Marketing Edge Awards, held at Sheraton Balmoral, Lagos. This recognition celebrates the brand’s excellence and market leadership in a highly competitive industry.

Introduced in 2017, Fearless Energy Drink, with its Classic and Red Berry variants, quickly became a market leader. It revolutionised the energy drink sector by being the first to use polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle packaging, a standard later adopted by competitors.

The brand has consistently stood out for its unique flavour and originality, setting new benchmarks in Nigeria’s beverage industry.

The award recognises Fearless Energy Drink’s contributions beyond the product itself.

The brand has been actively involved in talent promotion, human development, and sustainability initiatives, all of which have made significant impacts on national development.

John Ajayi, organiser and publisher of Marketing Edge Magazine, praised Fearless Energy Drink for its innovation and market leadership.

He noted that the brand had surpassed its competitors by sponsoring strategic initiatives and offering consumers a distinct and energising experience.

Upon receiving the award, Olaniyi Aderuku, Brand Manager of Fearless Energy Drink, expressed his gratitude to Marketing Edge for recognising the brand’s consistent achievements.

He affirmed that Fearless Energy Drink will continue to focus on taste superiority and innovation, striving to provide an exceptional experience for consumers.

“This laurel attests to our strong commitment to connecting with consumers and ensuring their satisfaction,” Aderuku stated.

He added that Fearless Energy Drink, with its slogan ‘Embrace The Thrill,’ offers consumers the courage and energy to excel in their endeavours.

The brand embodies values of leadership, determination, and the will to succeed, providing positive energy through platforms that resonate with these values.

Fearless Energy Drink has accumulated numerous awards over the years, solidifying its leadership in the market. In addition to the Marketing Edge Award, the brand received the 2024 Media Consortium Award for “Energy Drink Brand of the Year” and the 2024 Brand Exchange Award for “Best Value for Money.”

Previous accolades include the “Most Outstanding Energy Drink in Consumer Engagement” in 2023 and “Best Value for Money – Energy Drinks Brand 2023,” along with the 2021 “Most Outstanding Energy Drink Brand of the Year.”
