Germany came from behind to defeat Ghana 2-1 in a closely fought international friendly, with Deniz Undav scoring a late winner to seal victory.

The Germany vs Ghana friendly saw the hosts take the lead just before halftime when Kai Havertz converted from the penalty spot after a VAR review awarded Germany a spot-kick.
Ghana responded with renewed intensity in the second half and equalised in the 70th minute through Issahaku Fatawu, who struck a superb first-time effort from outside the box into the bottom corner.
The Black Stars pressed for a winner, with Jordan Ayew hitting the post and Antoine Semenyo posing a constant threat in the closing stages.
However, Germany capitalised on their opportunity late in the game. In the 88th minute, Undav latched onto a precise pass inside the area and finished emphatically into the top corner to restore the hosts’ lead.
Despite late substitutions and a final push from Ghana, Germany held firm through added time to secure the win.
