GLOWFUX Charity Concert 2025 celebrates humanity and hope with Yeni Kuti, Tunji Sotimirin, and other stars promoting compassion and giving
The GLOWFUX Charity Concert 2025 is set to illuminate Lagos once again with an uplifting blend of music, compassion, and humanitarian spirit.
Organised by Fanafillit Integrated Concepts, this year’s edition, themed “Embracing Humanity, Enriching Lives,” promises to be an inspiring fusion of legendary icons, youthful brilliance, and heartfelt giving.
Taking place on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the National Museum, Onikan, Lagos, the charity concert will have dance veteran and TV host Yeni Kuti as Mother of the Day and Nollywood actor and barrister Tunji Sotimirin as Father of the Day.
In a display of excellence and empathy, the Hall of Charity Awards will honour notable individuals and organisations making significant contributions to humanitarian causes. High Chief (Dr.) Adebola Akindele, Group Managing Director of Courteville Business Solutions Plc, has been named GLOWFUX Man of the Year 2025, while Olori (Amb.) Dr. Fashola Omolara S. receives the GLOWFUX Woman of the Year 2025 award.
Dream Nurture Foundation, the parent body of Dream Catchers Academy, earns the GLOWFUX NGO of the Year 2025 recognition for its efforts in transforming the lives of vulnerable children through education and the arts.
Corporate giants Glo Mobile Nigeria and SIFAX Group are also in contention for the GLOWFUX Socially Responsible Organisation of the Year award, with the winner to be announced soon.
The keynote address will be delivered by Rotarian Lanre Adedoyin, District Governor of Rotary International District 9112, who will speak on the enduring value of “Embracing Humanity, Enriching Lives.”
The concert will feature captivating performances from rising and established stars including Feranmi Golden Angel, Dom Sax, Hilary Jackson and Dance Group, Chief Adigun Olowe, Seyi Sax, Akorede Bobo, and teenage sensations Makayla and Temilayo Abodunrin. Anchoring the event are the vibrant duo Coyman CFR and MC Luwy, with DJ MAPS Productions on the decks.
Mr. Olubode Mac Oserinde, initiator of GLOWFUX, described the concert as more than a show, calling it a reaffirmation of shared humanity. “Every performer, partner, and supporter reminds us that the most powerful act we can offer is love expressed through giving,” he said.
This year’s edition will host fifteen organised needy homes from across Lagos State, giving them a memorable day of joy, entertainment, and warmth. Attendance is free, though guests are encouraged to bring gifts for beneficiary homes.
A special highlight is the GLOWFUX Carpet Session, an interactive segment running from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., co-hosted by Tony Iji and Lizzy Oluwatomisin, featuring engaging interviews and photo opportunities for attendees.
