The body of the respected journalist, Waheed Bakare, has finally been laid to rest at his residence in Ota, Ogun State.
The former Saturday editor of the New Telegraph newspaper passed on yesterday after a brief illness.
Before working with the newspaper, he was formerly with The Punch. The late Bakare was also a regular feature on Television Continental (TVC) Journalists Hangout.
Former colleagues at the burial sadly expressed that the late editor would be missed.
