Ifeanyi Ogbu tragedy has left the Abuja suburb of Kubwa in deep shock after the veterinary doctor was found dead at the roadside, days after being abducted alongside his three children.

According to residents, the harrowing incident occurred on Friday night when kidnappers stormed Ogbu’s home, seizing him and his children while his wife, who had recently given birth two weeks earlier, was spared.

The discovery of Ogbu’s lifeless body has sparked grief and anger across the community, with neighbours describing him as a kind and dedicated professional who was deeply loved by those around him.

As of Sunday, the whereabouts of his three children remain unknown, and no ransom demand or call has been made to the family.

The police have reportedly launched an investigation and intensified patrols across Kubwa and neighbouring areas.
