Fidelity Bank Plc, a leading commercial bank has reported insiders’ dealings in share involving Mr Mustafa Chike-Obi, a Non-Executive Director and Mr Gbolahan Joshua both Executive Directors of the bank.
Ezinwa Unuigboje, Company Secretary who filed the notice at the Nigerian Stock Exchange said Chike-Obi purchased 32,444,094 units at N1.62 with N52,559,432.28 while Mr Gbolahan Joshua purchased 6,300,000 at N1.86 with N11,718,000.
The two transactions were said to have taken place on September 25, 2020.
