Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo urges fans to prioritise mental health and let achievements speak, sharing tips for peace of mind and resilience

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Iyabo Ojo has urged her fans to prioritise their mental health, advising them to let their achievements speak for themselves.

In a video shared on her Instagram page, Ojo showcased her closet while emphasising the importance of peace of mind and ignoring negativity from detractors. She encouraged followers to focus on personal success rather than stress over enemies.

“Stop stressing, let your success do the talking. Embrace peace of mind and be a little bit petty like me. The feeling is unmatched. May your enemies continue to dance mad in the market square, while you watch and laugh. May your success baffle them, and may your joy be their pain and frustration. Whoever God has blessed, no psycho villain can destroy. No matter the lies or people they pay or manipulate to bring you down, they’re only digging their own pit,” Ojo said.

The actress has increasingly used social media to inspire her followers, combining glimpses into her personal life with motivational messages about self-worth, resilience, and mental wellness.
