Jandor wants to chop political pankere, Dare Adeleke roars

Jandor and Dare Adeleke

Jandor and Dare Adeleke

Permit me, please, to use the cliché, “wonders shall not end in this our country.” Truly, a lot of things happen that seem like the gobbledygook of a magician honing his trade is happening these days.

That a monkey can wake up one day to declare himself king of the jungle, while the lion is still alive is nothing but foolhardy harakiri.

This is why I find it rather hilarious that Mr. Abdul Azeez Olajide Adediran, known as Jandor, can one day declare himself head of the PDP in Lagos. It is not only hilarious but downright insulting.

If we must tell ourselves the truth, Jandor is still in political kindergarten, and his excesses would have been excused for that purpose but for the gravity of his boldfaced disrespect.

A child who should be playing with sand in his father’s compound has overfed on so much amala that he is now pointing a finger at his father. That child deserves some lashes of pankere.

Is it not surprising that a toddler who joined the PDP in 2022 is now tagging himself as the leader of the party?

I would have ignored the whipper-snapper, as I said earlier, but we cannot play with our national treasure, Chief Bode George, and watch a neophyte insult our leader.

Jandor may have drunk too much hard drink and climbed a tree to shout himself king of the world, but perhaps we should remind him that when Chief Bode George was leading the party as National Vice Chairman, South West, and making sure the region benefitted immensely from five states in the kitty, thank God H.E Atiku confirmed that he traded Lagos for Tinubu. Ministerial appointments, development, progress, etc., Jandor was still in his early twenties thinking about what lies ahead for him.

When the PDP was formed in 1998, Jandor was perhaps in his adugbo listening to The Remedies and Lagbaja on Ray Power, oblivious to the political dynamics around him.

Let’s wake up this dreamer and remind him that Chief Bode George made Alhaji Ashorobi the first State Chairman.

Let’s tell him history since he has refused to read it, that we started the party at Bode George’s office at Adetokunbo Ademola Street, in Victoria Island.

For Jandor to wake up from his power-drunk stupor to stupidly declare himself the leader of the PDP, of which he has contributed zero sacrifice to its existence, is mutiny and should be punished by the laws guiding our party.

We cannot allow any urchin from the street to nurture such inordinate ideas.

Our national leader, Chief Bode George, cannot be rubbished by Jandor of all people. A photographer should learn how to take good pictures to become a very good photographer and not how to usurp power because providence somehow smiled on him.

Well, behind the boldness of Jandor is the creepy character called Segun Adewale, aka Aeroland. We are aware that this shady person who calls himself Aeroland is the hand pushing Jandor to his downfall, that is if a man who’s already down can fall, anyway. We must recall that Jandor pulled the worst outing of any PDP candidate, dead or alive, in the last gubernatorial election.

Anyway, this mischievous character, Aeroland, has easily forgotten the 2bn Naira he collected from the party during the last election.

Aeroland must have forgotten how Chief Bode George rescued him from the APC police. What a wonderful Lagos, to accommodate such fraudulent people…a man who went to Ekiti to contest and still came back to 419 everyone in Lagos. Truth be told, Lagos is way too lenient. The same Aeroland is now with Jandor, steering him the wrong way and fleecing him of lucre. Good luck to both of them.

Now, this is my honest advice: with all God has done for him, Jandor should slap his brain to wake up. If he allows himself to be used by all kinds of unscrupulous scalawags, he will only learn from the monkey who was pushed to declare himself king of the jungle but ended up in the jaws of the lion. And by the way, Mr. Jandor, have you paid the party agents who worked for you during your shameful outing in the last election?

Do not dare us, Jandor.
