On May 25, 2024, Oliver White, a prominent figure in the luxury timepiece market, was violently robbed in his London office.

Disturbing surveillance footage has emerged, showing two men restraining White and stealing his collection of expensive watches.

The robbery took place at approximately 2:00 PM in White’s showroom, located in a high-security area known for housing exclusive boutiques.

The footage, now released by the Metropolitan Police, captures the harrowing moments as the two suspects overpower White, who struggled in vain to protect his valuable inventory.

The thieves made off with several high-value timepieces, leaving White physically uninjured but deeply traumatized.

Less than 24 hours after the robbery, Oliver White tragically took his own life.

A close associate of White, who preferred to remain anonymous, described him as a passionate and meticulous watch dealer who had built his reputation over decades.

“He was more than just a dealer; he was a custodian of horological history. This robbery didn’t just take his timepieces; it stole his spirit.”

The Met Police have issued an urgent appeal to the public for assistance in identifying the two suspects captured in the surveillance video.

The incident has sparked widespread outrage and concern about the rising crime rates in London.

Social media platforms have been flooded with messages of support for White’s family and calls for increased security measures for high-value businesses.

A poignant post read, “The robbery of this watch dealer took place on May 25th, three days ago in London. The watch dealer has reportedly now taken his own life. London has fallen. Crime is rampant. They did not just steal his timepiece; they have stolen a life.”
