When Ebuka made reference to Liquorose and Emmanuel’s relationship, saying it is one sided, Emmanuel’s response to Ebuka made his partner, LIquorose, question him after the Live show.
Neither did Emmanuel provided a clear answer when it came to addressing the question and as a result, his defence has been deemed ineffective by his housemates.
Liquorose told him that he should have made it clear to everyone that they both are in a relationship and the love is mutual not one-sided.

Emmanuel: It’s not one-sided. I really feel the same way.
Liquorose: You should have made it clear. You could have marked that if you made it clear in front of Ebuka, Big Brother and every housemate.
Emmanuel: But I did.
Liquorose: To you, you think your answer was straight. But to everybody, your answer was political.
Emmanuel: How do you know to everybody the answer was political.
Liquorose has gone on to become the new Head of House, succeeding Maria.
