Ranveer Singh is riding high on the success of his movies like ‘Padmaavat’ and ‘Gully Boy’. The actor got married to his lady love Deepika Padukone few years ago and also claims that she is his Lady Luck!

Looks like, Ranveer Singh is accurate while claiming so. The actor had recently told at an event that Deepika Padukone is ‘Lakshmi’ in his life. And it is getting proved as well as the actor has reportedly bought the most expensive house in Mumbai .

As per the reports, Ranveer Singh has bought a quadruplex worth Rs. 119 crores in Bandra. Apparently, Ranveer Singh along with his father has bought 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floors in a building called Sagar Resham , Bandstand, Bandra West.

The company, Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP in which both Ranveer Singh and his father are directors, has bought this expensive quadruplex in Bandra.

As per reports, Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP is the seller whereas Sagar Dewan and Amit Amarlal Nagpal are designated partners of Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP. The property was registered on 8th July, 2022. Our sources further revealed that the agreement value of the property is Rs 118.94 crore and the stamp duty paid by them is Rs 7.13 crore.

Currently, Ranveer Singh has been staying with his wife Deepika Padukone in Prabhadevi area of Mumbai and looks like, the couple will soon shift to this expensive apartment along with the actor’s family. The actor will soon become neighbour of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan as the apartment is close to the actor’s bungalow.
