In an Instagram video, Nkechi revealed that she wakes each day to thousands of messages from men of various ages and locations, many introducing themselves, inquiring about her relationship status, and expressing intentions to marry her.
The Nollywood star explained that her WhatsApp inbox is chaotic, with over 5,000 unread messages from admirers, making it nearly impossible to manage.
She added that repeated attempts to remove or change her phone number on Facebook have been unsuccessful, and blocking or archiving chats has had little effect.
“Please, I need help on how to remove my phone number from Facebook. I have over 5,000 men in my DM saying they want to marry me. I don’t know which video trended online. I am single, but I am not searching. Stop texting my number,” Nkechi said.
While she confirmed that she is single and a mother of one, Nkechi emphasised that she is not currently seeking a husband or romantic relationships.
