Odumodublvck assault trial adjourned to April 8, 2026, as Abuja court renovation stalls hearing in Kraziecent’s N2bn suit
The trial of Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck, born Tochukwu Ojogwu, in an alleged assault and battery suit filed by musician Kraziecent has been adjourned to 8 April 2026 by the Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Life Camp, Abuja.

Proceedings could not commence on the scheduled date due to ongoing renovation work in the courtroom, forcing the matter to be stood down.
Counsel to the claimant, Uchenna Ojembe, and counsel to the defendant, Taiwo Akinsulie, were both present in court. Following discussions, the legal representatives agreed on a mutually convenient date to begin substantive hearing in the case.
Kraziecent, whose real name is Ogbogiri Okey Levi, instituted the civil action, alleging that Odumodublvck violently assaulted and battered him during a public event in December 2024.
In court filings, the claimant contended that he was peacefully taking photographs and recording videos at the event when the defendant allegedly attacked him without provocation.
He further claimed that the incident caused emotional distress and resulted in the intentional damage of his iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The suit seeks an order compelling the defendant to pay medical expenses incurred during treatment, as well as N2 billion in damages.
Kraziecent is also asking the court to direct Odumodublvck to issue a public apology across his social media platforms and in two national newspapers.
The Odumodublvck assault trial is expected to draw significant public interest given the profile of both artistes within Nigeria’s music industry.

The adjournment means the substantive issues in dispute will now be addressed when the court reconvenes in April.
