The Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, Adewale Egbedun, filmed a group of police officers allegedly extorting money from some helpless youths.
The incident occurred recently when Egbedun, while on his way to a legislative function, stumbled upon a distressing sight.
He witnessed a group of police officers allegedly intimidating and extorting money from a group of young individuals in Osogbo, the state capital.
Determined to expose this outrageous act of corruption, Egbedun ordered that their faces should be recorded on phone.

“This is the police, they stopped the youths in Osun and they collect(ed) money from youths. They made transfer to the police and Mr. Speaker is collecting back the money right away; with immediate effect,” a voiceover narrated.
