Otunba Gbenga Daniel, appointed Protocol Officer by the late Pa Ayo Adebanjo, plays a central role in the 21-member funeral committee honouring the elder statesman’s legacy

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]n keeping with his characteristic foresight and organisation, the late elder statesman, Pa Ayo Adebanjo, had during his lifetime constituted a 21-member committee to oversee the planning and execution of his funeral.

Among the key figures appointed to this distinguished committee is Otunba Gbenga Daniel, who serves as the Protocol Officer.

In this role, Otunba Daniel has taken charge of all protocol arrangements, ensuring dignitaries are appropriately received and seated according to their preferences.

He is also playing an active role as Co-Host during the ceremonies, a position that befits his stature as a respected national leader and statesman.
