A Lagos based lawyer, Barr. Tubosun Osifowora, has stated that while Nigerians are in digital age, most of their policy makers are still deploying analogue approach to problem solving.
He made this known during an interactive session at TheFLEA Conference and Awards while dissecting the topic Innovation-Driven Policy Making in the Digital Age with other panelists.
