As Nigerians, home and abroad, continue to debate on the eligibility of the presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to contest in the forth coming election in 2023 over his school certificates, one of the schools he attended has confirmed him as one of its students.
In a letter seen by Freelanews, the Chicago State University stated that Tinubu indeed attended the university.
According to the registrar of the school, Caleb Westberg, the leading presidential candidate was a student at the school between the period of 1977 to 1979.
“Please be advised that Bola A. Tinubu attended Chicago State University from August 1977 to June 1979. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Honors on June 22, 1979.
“His major was accounting,” the letter revealed.

With this new revelation, many pro-Tinubu politicians hope the debate would be finally put to rest.
