Oyemykke highlighted that the test was conducted two to three months after the initial allegations of drug abuse and after Daniels had reportedly left her husband’s house.
He suggested that the timing undermines the credibility of the test, stating that a timely check would have been more meaningful in refuting her husband’s claims.
The controversy follows claims that Daniels’ husband alleged she was using substances and advised her to seek rehabilitation.
Regina Daniels had previously broken down emotionally over personal issues in her marriage before the substance abuse allegations emerged.
In his social media reaction, Oyemykke questioned the actress’ intent, asking if the test conducted in January 2026 could meaningfully prove anything given the time elapsed since the allegations.
His comments have sparked widespread discussion on public perception and accountability for celebrities.
