He is a food scientist, a researcher, healthcare provider and consultant, Alhaji Olumide Akeem TIJANI is the founder and CEO of NovaCare Staffing and Recruitment Ltd, Sheffield UK.

As a healthcare provider, he has risen through the rank, having started as a care worker himself(and still one), his dedication, commitment and passion for seeing to excellent care made him ventured into the business side of care business, and today, he towers high as a service provider.

With a staff strength of more than 100, one would expect that Oluomo of Sheffield, as Tijani is fondly called should sit and just handle only administrative duties, but for passion, he is still on the field, and prefers to be addressed as a care worker.

To him, “running a care service provider company is just another divide of being a carer, I still care for our service users, and that’s the hallmark of our business here at NovaCare”.

Beyond his business, Tijani is also a philanthropist, and business man in Nigeria too, as he runs some other business ventures around property development, recruitment consultancy and general merchandise sales.

As a philanthropist, he has continued to touch lives within his home town, Yewa Land, in Ogun State, and his name is a source of succour to youths, Muslim clerics and community associations amongst others.
