Dropped on Friday, this 15-track collection is her first full-length release in five years — a deeply personal project that reflects emotional depth, artistic evolution, and the fierce independence she’s known for.
“This project is so close to my heart,” Tiwa shared. “I poured every part of me into it… Please cherish it, because This One Is Personal.”
Crafted across Lagos, London, and Nashville, the album explores themes of heartbreak, healing, and self-worth.
With minimal but meaningful collaborations, Tiwa chose artistry over numbers, featuring Skepta, Taves, and Grammy-nominated James Fauntleroy.
“It’s less about numbers and more about connection,” she explained during a fan Q&A, reinforcing the emotional integrity of her work.
Tiwa Savage served as executive producer alongside Vannessa Amadi-Ogbonna and MystroSugar — a team that ensured the album remained authentic yet polished.
