On Saturday 21st of August 2021, the press and general public was treated to the groundbreaking of Indigo Residence powered by Crayon Development.

The event was held at the site in Lekki Phase 1, and it truly lived up to expectation.

The event which started at 11:30am had in attendance, special guests like Kayode Fadahunsi, CEO, Prosperis Holdings; Efe Shaire, Chief Commercial Officer, Prosperis Holdings; Mehrez Boutros, MD Arkland Structures, Evelyn Edumoh, COO Arkland Group; Sonny Iroche, Executive Chairman Strategic Alliance Promotion Company; Oyinkan Badejo-Okusanya, and our technical & financial advisory partner, Jabetza Realty amongst others.

At the groundbreaking, the Crayon Development COO, Bolanle Ibitola gave more insight into Indigo Residence which is an upscale development, hallmarked by its attention to detail as a preferential gated community served by premium facilities.

Indigo Residence is poised to give its investors and residents the ultimate lifestyle experience! It is designed to have spacious living areas, ample parking, generous roof top terrace amongst others.

Bayo Fajimi, Project Architect representing Schmidt Architects further stated that Indigo by Crayon is located around the entrance of Lekki Phase 1 with a mix of both residential and office buildings with a vibrant and unique identity of its own.

The model unveiling and tape cutting was done by Sonny Iroche. The guests were allowed to view how the proposed residence would look like.
